The Dwelling House, located in the heart of the historic Cornish port of Fowey,  is a beautiful Grade II listed Georgian merchant's house with parts of the building dating back to the 16th century.

Our bed and breakfast is rated 4 Star by Visit Britain who have chosen us as one of only 7% of such establishments to receive  a ‘Best Breakfast’ award.

You can enjoy the period atmosphere, warm hospitality and delicious home-cooked food prepared on our Rayburn, whilst staying as a bed and breakfast guest or visiting our lovely tearooms.
